Nexsure 1.92.5 Resolved Issues

Accounting

• Unable to post to reconciliation or direct bill reconciliation, error message received.
• Invoice posting error when premium has people only commission and people commission is percent of agency commission.
• Alphabetize Select View drop-down list (in marketing level, client level and policy level transactions).
• Unable to save an AP - Error message received.
• Open the closing period for 2005 fiscal year.
• Data Fix: Installment schedule appears to be duplicated when viewing details.
• Data Fix for Affected Orgs: Installment schedule appears to be duplicated when viewing details.
• Unable to post invoices.
• Invoice done on one client transferring to unrelated client.
• Unable to see invoices at client policy level.
• List Bill - Unable to locate all invoices from the master.
• Bonds transactions cannot be viewed at the policy level.
• Unable to service policy - Policy info screen has no premium.
• Invoice header information is blank on newly created invoice.
• Carrier Commission Defaults: Billing carrier is driving defaults instead of Issuing Carrier.
• Accounting transactions reversed with admin rights posting to current period and not locked period.
• Unable to delete LOB from marketing application.
• Invoice display issue: Calendar icon is missing from Effective Date field in Add Premium pop up.
• Future policies Rewritten do not have active Save Changes link. Issue with policy info tab.
• Department and Unit not pulling to invoice.
• Production commission expense on DB policies posting producer commission expense multiple times.

Actions

• Open actions appear under alerts but there are no results returned when performing a search.
• HOME > SETUP > ACTIONS: Attempt to add a new type using the enter key fails.
• User reporting duplicate actions.
• Duplicate actions and multiple primary insured on a clients profile.
• Number of open actions in client card file and in client action page does not match.
• Claims-memo of action getting %20 showing between every word in memo.
• Home Actions: When searching for actions the actions displayed are not limited to actions in the organization to which the user is assigned.
• Actions are duplicating when policy is serviced due to system design of copying policies.
• Actions can be assigned to a deactivated employee.
• Adding a policy to an action shows a policy in history at the top.
• Cannot assign an action to an employee with an apostrophe in the last name.

Ad-hoc

• Ad-hoc view changes.

Apostrophes and Special Characters

• Marketing Analysis: If there is an apostrophe in the Applicant section on the 125 the M.A. does not print any data, just the header.

Attachments

• Disable search button when creating a document with a template after the template has been selected.
• If you have an attachment at the policy level and do an endorsement and post, the attachment duplicates at the client level. 
• Can not cancel out of Attachments. Click on Cancel will not close session.
• Alphabetize drop-down for client > attachments > add new attachment > document type.

Certificates

• Batch print pop-up shows issued date for holders not issued.

Client

• Binder, Claims and Certificates do not populate. Information is blank.
• T-Log - Not recording details of what the employee is doing to locations on client profile.

CRM

• Re-order Filter Sort Order 1 & 2 setup > security administration > security policy > number of previous passwords.
• Alphabetize drop-down for client > marketing > status.
• Alphabetize setup > color schemes > color schemes.
• Alphabetize drop-down for client > opportunities > underwriting > add application > pop-up > form standard.
• Need country and international address fields on add new screens for financial entity, retail agent, premium finance company, vendor and tax authority.

Delivery

• When resending a faxed certificate of insurance only fax cover is being received.
• Alphabetize drop-down - CRM > Client > delivery > email > add >other > type > show > currently not in alphabetical order.
• Refactor email and fax services.
• Delivery of verification preview should not save file to disk.
• Error message when viewing an email via viewer and when a user tries to open the delivered PDF.
• Cannot deliver a Top Perforation invoice via email - Error received.

Downloads

• Downloaded policy info tab contains no information.
• Downloads - Download setup screens are cashing information.
• Downloads - Renewal policies are not completing, they are getting stuck on processing client.
• Prospects have downloaded policies in them and the stage did not change to Client.
• Downloads - Certain carriers mono-line renewal downloads are not creating the invoice.
• ASC Rating - Error is occurring during the transaction of FSC XML to Nexsure XML.
• Advanced Search screen displays blank – search data needs to be cleared.

eServices

• Mercury DMS eServices options are failing.
• Unable to access Hartford Web site via Nexsure.
• Hartford Omni eServices failing at the login page.
• Progressive eServices are stopping early and throwing an error message.
• eService with Allied - getting pop-up warning.

Forms

• ACORD 147 - Formatting changes for Installation / Builders Risk.
• Interest type on a certificate is not displaying the total name.
• Incorrect mapping on the NC auto application.
• "Not for Profit Organization" does not fully print on named insured.
• ACORD 68 - Error data into the Florida Citizens Property Ins. rating information.
• ACORD 4 - field "How Injury or Illness/Abnormal Health".
• ACORD 2 - Auto loss remarks are not creating overflow page.
• ACORD 143 - Billing plan options are printing incorrectly.
• ACORD 4 - First name and last name are out of order.

Home Screens

• Bookmark: Incorrect screen displays for Home screens.

Policy Info

• Editing an existing employee commission to have carrier default selected does not prompt system to check for existing employee commission in branch. 

Reports

• Disbursements - Batch printing: Batches are recompiling when printed.
• Trial Balance Summary GL - Details icon does not save all filters when editing a new report.
• Carrier Payable Detail and Summary report returning incorrect data.
• GL Trial Balance Detail - Made to report but didn't take into account some orgs use Dept & Units.
• Production Credit Detail - Changing Invoice type to Premium Mode; ungrouping unallocated section.

Security

• Restrict policy access to only selected policy doesn't work.

Nexsure 1.92.5 Known Issues

Accounting

• The Pay All Selected link is not activated when invoice items are selected after a residual amount is posted in payment.
• Cannot add fee or tax in policy info and invoice when LOB includes apostrophe.
• Client Disbursement: No posting when navigating from Invoices link to Disbursement Posting link in zero disbursement.
• Invoices are not displaying at the policy level, they are only displaying at the client level in the following circumstances:
• Invoices created on a renewal policy in bound status, do not display at policy level after policy is placed in force. It does display at client level.
• At policy level, Re-new-co (renewed policies with different carrier) policy displays invoices created against both the original and renewal policy.

Actions

• Actions - search for "others" assignment not returning all results. (Scheduled to be corrected.)

CRM

• Home screen date variable entries that are saved and then cleared still show in pop-up until user logs off Nexsure and logs back on. Search results are correct however.
• Retail agent - location numbers on card file are out of alignment when clicking on retail agent link from client. (Scheduled to be corrected.)
• Error displayed when selecting the actions tab and then the delivery tab while in a certificate. (Scheduled to be corrected.)
• Contacts - error when pulling existing contacts with social security number into retail agent. (Scheduled to be corrected.)
• Retail agent - losing search history for user #1 after user #2 access it. (Scheduled to be corrected.)
• Retail agent font is different in contact notes from the rest of page.

Organization

• The branch tab is blank at the organization level when accessed from the department tab. Specific workflow of organization > departments > branches causes Branch Summary screen to display incomplete. (Not all branches display.) Work around is to go to the branch from the territory level.

Policy Info

• Working with a cancelled policy in the underwriting tab and clicking on Rewrite is not updating the existing agency commissions with rewritten rates.
• Working with a cancelled policy in the underwriting tab and clicking on Rewrite puts the policy into a pliable state. If a carrier is changed to a carrier with default commission rates, and In Force > Bound are selected, a system prompt gives the options of OK to leave existing commissions or Re-Set to update policy info with default commissions. If Re-Set is clicked, the new rate for the new carrier is the rate that the policy info is being updated with instead of the rewritten rate.
• Policy info > agency commissions, the New rate is pulling instead of Rewritten. Only happens if working on a policy in a Rewritten status the carrier is changed to one with defaults and the policy is placed In Force > Bound and agency commissions are reset.

Security

• Add Security to Market Analysis: View only rights for the Market Analysis security will still allow the user to delete as well as have limited modify functionality. (Scheduled to be corrected.)

Special Characters

• When working with actions, do not use greater or less than symbols (< or >) unless a space is entered after the symbol. Otherwise, an error occurs.
• Home page search does not work for assignment with apostrophe in name for everything except actions and delivery. (Scheduled to be corrected.)

Transactions

• Invoice Summary view:
• Unpaid agency bill invoice where carrier recon was done is displaying as Partially Paid when Bill Method=blank.
• Direct bill invoice where the carrier is not set to post direct bill to general ledger is not displaying at policy level when Bill Method=blank / direct bill and Paid status=All. Invoice should display.
• Direct bill invoice with agency fee / tax items where carrier recon is reversed then redone is displaying as fully paid when it should be displaying as partially paid and unpaid when Bill Method=Direct Bill.
• Direct bill invoice where partial payment is reversed after payment for remainder of invoice is posted should display as partially paid when Bill Method=Direct Bill and Paid status=Partially Paid.

Accounting

• Edit capability is available for production credit in the invoice after posting. It is not necessary to reverse and re-enter the invoice to update the production credit information. Only production credit can be edited. The edited production credit will apply to the same time period as the original invoice. Link to topic

• Receive payment clients, disbursement to client and disbursement carrier - Improve performance returning invoices in link.

Actions

• In SETUP > Actions > actions tab, the ability to select a page to display has been added. Link to topic

• When adding actions at either the client or policy level, functions are now available that enable searches to be run for policies and certificates to be associated with the action. Link to topic

• After a policy has been placed in force, the existing annotation will be updated to include a line stating that the policy was placed in force. Link to topic

• Eliminate system flaw that results in duplication of actions.
• In SETUP > Actions, when creating a new action, the Due in date can now be between 1 day and five years. Link to topic
• Action topics and types can now be made Active or Inactive. In SETUP > Actions there is now a Status column on the summary screen. The Active or Inactive link in the Status column can be clicked to change the status of the topic or type. The Status can also be set when adding or editing the topic or type. Link to topic

• Actions that are associated with restricted policies will now only display for those staff members that are assigned to the policy. Link to topic
• When adding an action, the action Type that is labeled Annotation is no longer available for selection. The Annotation action Type is reserved for system generated actions that result from servicing the policy. Also note that the Type list may be blank if only anAnnotation Type is associated with the selected Topic. In this case, other Types can be created and associated to the Topic in SETUP > Actions.

Attachments

• Policy restriction security has been expanded to include client level attachments. Link to topic
• Any deliveries that include attachments of policies, cancellations, claims or other attachments associated to a restricted policy will not display. The logged in staff member must be assigned to the policy associated to the delivery to view the delivery details. Link to topic

Carrier

• The commissions tab accessed by SEARCH > Carrier Details > commissions tab now contains Search Filters and Sort Filters to help find commission records. Link to topic

Certificates

• While creating a copy of a certificate, the selection of a named insured is now available. Link to topic

CRM

• The policy level classified tab is now available during the following stages of a policy; Opportunity, Marketing, and Policy. Link to topic
• Security has been added for the new policy level classified tab.
• Policy restriction security has been extended to the SEARCH > Client Details > POLICIES > summary of insurance tab. A restricted policy will not be displayed in the summary if the staff member logged on is not assigned to that policy.
• An Enterprise Code box has been added to the SEARCH > Client Details > profiling tab. The Enterprise Code box can be used to enter information to track a client managed in Nexsure with other proprietary systems. Link to topic
• On the SEARCH screen, the Enterprise Code box has been added to enable searching for specific enterprise codes. Link to topic
• On the SEARCH screen, the Search and Clear buttons have been moved to just under the search results. Link to topic.

Delivery

• Combine delivery viewer and detail tab functionality in to one tab.
• An attachment may now be previewed before adding it to a delivery. To preview an attachment, find the attachment on one of the available tabs in the Add Delivery Attachment dialog box. The attachment is labeled with blue text. Click on the blue text title of the attachment to preview. Link to topic
• Retain check box selections through certificate holder delivery paging.
• Any deliveries that include attachments of policies, cancellations, claims or other attachments associated to a restricted policy will not display unless the logged in staff member is assigned to the policy associated to the delivery. Link to topic

Entities

• Country and International address lines added to the [Add New] screens for financial entities.
• Entity phone numbers displayed on the card file tab are no longer limited. All phone numbers associated with the primary contact and primary location are now displayed.
• Contact heading label of Primary has been added to the contact summary screens.
• Contacts are now displayed with the primary at the top of the list. The other contacts are in alphabetical order. This list was previously displayed in order entered.
• Update, Save, Clear, and Cancel links have been re-ordered to meet to user interface standards on the financial entity, retail agent, premium finance company, vendor and tax authority screens.

The date variable selections are available on the search criteria filters wherever a date range is applicable. Click the Variable icon and enter a variable number of days to set a continuous date range to be used with Save Filter Settings. Enter + or - and the number of days up to three digits. The date will then be + (after) or - (before) the current date.
